Ninh Binh, 18 July, 2025 – Nam Dinh FC have made headlines in the V.League 2025/2026 summer transfer window by announcing the signings of two high-profile foreign players: English striker Kyle Hudlin and South African midfielder Njabulo Blom. Notably, Hudlin was recognized in 2024 as the tallest professional footballer in the world, standing at an astonishing 2.01 meters.
Kyle Hudlin, born on June 15, 2000, holds British nationality and plays as a centre-forward. Prior to joining Nam Dinh, he played for English clubs including Huddersfield Town B and Newport County. Known for his aerial dominance and physical presence, Hudlin is expected to bring a new dimension to Nam Dinh’s attacking line.
Njabulo Blom, born on December 11, 1999, is a South African international who operates in central midfield. He previously played in Major League Soccer (MLS) for St. Louis CITY SC and has earned caps for the South Africa national team. His versatility and international experience are set to bolster Nam Dinh’s midfield strength.

These strategic acquisitions reaffirm Nam Dinh’s ambition and determination as the club prepares for a demanding 2025/26 campaign. The team from Nam is scheduled to compete in five major competitions: the V.League, National Cup, Vietnamese Super Cup, AFC Champions League Two (formerly AFC Cup), and the newly launched Southeast Asian Champions League.
Nam Dinh’s recent moves in the transfer market have been viewed as a strong statement of intent, as the reigning V.League champions aim to build on their domestic success and make their mark on the regional stage.
