Hanoi, 8 January 2026 – Hanoi FC have officially completed the signing of European forward David Fisher, adding a new attacking option ahead of the second phase of the V.League 1 season.
According to the latest V.League 1 transfer updates, Hanoi FC have officially secured the services of European striker David Fisher, marking one of the most notable mid-season additions in the domestic league. The 24-year-old forward was recruited as part of Hanoi FC’s plan to refresh their attacking line and improve efficiency in front of goal.
Born in 2001, David Fisher has an English father and a Czech mother. He developed his career in England before gaining professional experience in Northern Ireland. Fisher previously played for AFC Wimbledon in England’s League Two, where he built a reputation as a hardworking striker with good movement inside the penalty area. After leaving England, he moved to Northern Ireland to join Glentoran, continuing to gain valuable match experience in a physically demanding environment.
