Hanoi, 6 August 2026 – V.League 1 transfer market has witnessed another major move as The Cong Viettel officially announced the signing of Jamaican striker Rimario Allando Gordon. Born on July 6, 1994, the 31-year-old forward stands 1.80m tall and weighs 75kg. Known for his physical presence, pace, and clinical finishing, Rimario is expected to add firepower to The Cong Viettel’s attack ahead of the 2026/27 V.League 1 season.
Rimario is no stranger to Vietnamese football, having established himself as one of the league’s most prolific foreign forwards over the past several years. During his time in Vietnam, he has represented Hoang Anh Gia Lai, Hanoi FC, Thanh Hoa FC, Hai Phong FC, and Binh Dinh FC, consistently proving his quality with goals and influential performances.
The Jamaican striker reached the peak of his V.League career in 2022 when he finished as the league’s top scorer with 17 goals while playing for Hai Phong FC.
