Hanoi, 25 August 2026 – Hanoi FC have officially announced the signing of Vietnamese-French striker Aymeric Faurand-Tournaire, continuing to strengthen their squad ahead of the new season.
Born in France on April 14, 2004, Faurand-Tournaire has Vietnamese heritage through his father and developed his football career within the French system. The 22-year-old has now chosen Vietnam as the next destination in his professional journey.
Announcing the deal, Hanoi FC welcomed their latest recruit and highlighted his connection with Vietnam.

The support of his family has been a major source of motivation for the 22-year-old striker in choosing Vietnam as the next destination in his career.”
Before joining Hanoi FC, Faurand-Tournaire gained experience across several levels of French football.
Standing 1.81 meters tall, he is primarily a centre-forward but offers tactical versatility, with the ability to operate as a second striker or on the right side of the attack.
During the 2025/26 season, Faurand-Tournaire made nine appearances in Ligue 2 for Stade Lavallois before moving to Vendée FC on loan for the latter part of the campaign.
He went on to make 12 appearances and score three goals for Vendée, contributing to the club’s title-winning campaign and helping them secure promotion.
His arrival adds another attacking option to Hanoi FC’s squad as the Capital club continues an active recruitment drive ahead of the new campaign.
Faurand-Tournaire becomes the latest addition following the arrivals of Andrew Jung, Bui Ngoc Long, Pham Duc Huy, Yuval Sade and Mai Sy Hoang, as Hanoi FC look to build a deeper and more competitive squad for the 2026/27 season.
