Vietnam athletes identify their opponents at the Paris 2024 Olympics

Boxing: Ha Thi Linh and Vo Thi Kim Anh Draw Interesting Matchups

In boxing, Vietnam’s Ha Thi Linh and Vo Thi Kim Anh have also learned their first-round opponents. Competing in the women’s 60kg category, Ha Thi Linh will take on Feofaaki Epenisa of Tonga. This draw is considered favorable, giving Linh a strong chance to advance. Epenisa, though relatively unknown on the global stage, will be a test for Linh as she aims to make a mark at these Games.

Vo Thi Kim Anh, on the other hand, is set to face Preeti Pawar from India in the women’s 54kg category. Pawar, 21, won a bronze medal at the 19th Asian Games (ASIAD 19) in 2023, indicating her high level of skill and experience.
