Bangkok United brings million-dollar foreign players to face Nam Dinh

Bangkok United has expressed a strong determination ahead of their AFC Champions League Two clash with Nam Dinh FC by bringing in their million-dollar foreign players, ready for the high-stakes match.

The Thai side will travel to Nam Dinh with their strongest lineup, notably featuring a set of highly valued foreign players. The most prominent among them is Luka Adzic, a winger valued at €1 million. Adzic, who previously played in the Dutch Eredivisie for PEC Zwolle, brings a wealth of experience to the team. Born in 1998, Adzic has also represented Serbia at the youth level, scoring two goals in 19 appearances for the U21 national team.

In addition to Adzic, Bangkok United boasts other high-value players such as Richairo Zivkovic, valued at €600,000, and Mahmoud Eid, valued at €500,000.

Bangkok United is currently in good form in the Thai League, sitting third in the standings with three wins and two draws from their last five matches. In contrast, Nam Dinh has had a mixed start in the V-League, with one win, one draw, and one loss in their first three matches.

Both teams made solid starts in the AFC Champions League Two. Bangkok United secured a 4-2 victory over Singapore’s Tampines Rovers, while Nam Dinh won 2-0 in their opener against Hong Kong’s Lee Man.

The upcoming match between Nam Dinh and Bangkok United is set to take place at 7:00 PM on October 2 at the Thien Truong Stadium.
