Vinh, 29 June 2025 – Entering the match with a stronger squad, Hanoi Police FC quickly asserted their dominance. Just seven minutes in, the visitors opened the scoring when Quang Hai’s strike deflected off Quang Vinh and found the net, leaving goalkeeper Van Viet helpless.
In the 38th minute, Hanoi Police FC doubled their lead after a defensive mistake by Song Lam Nghe An. The ball fell to Alan, who unleashed a thunderous long-range shot from nearly 30 meters to beat Van Viet once again.
Maintaining their pressure, Hanoi Police FC struck again before halftime. After Alan’s effort hit the post, Artur was in the right place to tap in and make it 3-0.
The second half saw more of the same, with the capital-based club firmly controlling the game. Alan added two more goals to complete his hat-trick and seal an emphatic 5-0 win for Hanoi Police FC.
The dominant result was not a surprise, given Hanoi Police FC’s superior form and squad depth. While Hanoi Police FC celebrated their maiden National Cup triumph, Song Lam Nghe An settled for the runner-up position in what was still a strong campaign for the club.
