The AFC recently announced that referee Alireza Faghani would be the main official for the World Cup 2026 qualifying match between Vietnam and Indonesia on March 26 at My Dinh Stadium.
Born in 1978, Alireza Faghani has been recognized as a FIFA-level referee since 2008.
