Huynh Nhu returns home after success at Lank FC

Huynh Nhu’s journey back from Portugal was quite lengthy, taking over a day. She flew from Portugal, had a layover in Turkey, and then continued from Turkey to Ho Chi Minh City.

Her flight landed at Tan Son Nhat Airport in Ho Chi Minh City on the evening of June 13. Huynh Nhu was greeted by her family at the airport before heading straight to her hometown in Tra Vinh.

Coach Doan Thi Kim Chi of the Ho Chi Minh City women’s team welcomes Huynh Nhu at Tan Son Nhat International Airport.

Before going home to rest, Huynh Nhu shared her thoughts with the media at Tan Son Nhat Airport: “I am happy to have helped Lank FC achieve the goal of staying in the league, which was set at the beginning of the season. After a tense season, I am quite tired.”

“At present, I want to rest with my family. I will take some time to relax and recover my physical strength before thinking about my future,” Huynh Nhu added.

Previously, there were reports that at least two women’s teams are interested in Huynh Nhu’s future: the Ho Chi Minh City women’s team and Thai Nguyen T&T. Among them, Ho Chi Minh City is the team Huynh Nhu played for before moving to Portugal to join Lank FC.
