Hong Linh Ha Tinh faced significant challenges during the 2023/2024 season, narrowly securing a spot in the 2024/2025 V-League through a playoff. Following this challenging season, the team, led by coach Nguyen Thanh Cong, has undergone substantial changes in its roster.
The club bid farewell to ten players, including Bruno Ramires, Diallo Abdoulaye, Prince Ibara, Ngo Xuan Toan, Nguyen Vu Linh, Dao Tan Loc, Nguyen Xuan Hung, Duong Van Kien, Ho Sy Sam, and Bui Van Duc.
