In the latest V-League 2024/2025 transfer news, Hanoi Police FC has successfully signed midfielder Leo Artur from Binh Dinh. This marks the second player that Hanoi Police FC has acquired from the Quy Nhon-based club, following the earlier signing of forward Alan.
In addition to the two foreign players, Alan and Leo Artur, Hanoi Police FC has also secured two more players from Binh Dinh during the summer 2024 transfer window—defender Dinh Trong and midfielder Van Duc.
Leo Artur joined the V-League in the 2023/2024 season, playing for Binh Dinh, and quickly adapted to the league, contributing significantly to Binh Dinh’s runner-up finish. His departure from Binh Dinh comes as a surprise to the club’s fans, especially since the Brazilian midfielder had recently extended his contract with the team. With Leo Artur’s exit, Binh Dinh has now parted ways with a total of 16 players during the summer 2024 transfer window, including nine regular starters.
Speaking to VOV.VN, Binh Dinh’s head coach Bui Doan Quan Huy commented, “There are things beyond a coach’s control, but this also serves as a challenge for us. We will do our best to integrate the new players and ensure they perform well.”
Coach Huy added, “Binh Dinh has bid farewell to 16 players, nine of whom were regular starters, while the others played in rotation. Our team doesn’t have a set starting lineup or reserves; we simply have players who play first and others who follow. In the 2024/2025 season, we will make the most of the players we have and give it our all.”
The acquisition of Leo Artur and other key players by Hanoi Police FC underscores the club’s ambition to strengthen its squad for the upcoming V-League season. Fans will be eager to see how these new additions impact the team’s performance as they aim for success in both domestic and regional competitions. Meanwhile, Binh Dinh faces the challenge of rebuilding and integrating new talent after a significant exodus of players.
