Quang Nam FC successfully secured their place in the V-League 2023/2024, but following the season, the club announced the departure of 16 players. Among those leaving was overseas Vietnamese player Truong Quoc Minh.
Truong Quoc Minh, a Vietnamese-Danish footballer, had been playing in Denmark before deciding to return to Vietnam. He initially joined Khanh Hoa FC for the 2023/2024 season and later moved to Quang Nam FC for the latter part of the season.
During his stint with Quang Nam, Truong Quoc Minh made seven appearances, accumulating a total of 110 minutes on the field. However, he struggled to make a significant impact, leading to his departure from the club after his contract expired.
Following his exit from Quang Nam, Truong Quoc Minh returned to Denmark, where he has now joined Skive IK, a club competing in Denmark’s second-tier league. Since joining Skive IK, the 23-year-old midfielder has made two appearances and has received positive feedback from the coaching staff and his new teammates.
Truong Quoc Minh’s move to Skive IK represents a fresh opportunity for the player to continue developing his career in a familiar European environment. The Danish club is hopeful that his versatility and experience will contribute positively to their campaign. As Minh integrates into his new team, he will be looking to make a stronger impression and further his footballing journey in Denmark.
