Ninh Binh, 11 July, 2025 – Thep Xanh Nam Dinh have officially emerged as the most valuable club in V.League 1 – 2025/2026, according to the latest squad valuation released by Transfermarkt. This comes as no surprise following their dominant performance that led to back-to-back V.League championships under the guidance of coach Vu Hong Viet.
After lifting the title in the 2024/2025 season, Nam Dinh wasted no time strengthening their squad during the transfer window. The reigning champions secured several key signings, including A Mit from Thanh Hoa and Dang Van Toi from Hai Phong, to bolster their already formidable lineup.
Transfermarkt currently values Nam Dinh’s squad at €6.56 million — the highest among all V.League clubs. Midfielder Xuan Son is the club’s most valuable player, with an individual valuation of €650,000, followed closely by Brazilian forward Caio Cesar at €600,000.
A major factor contributing to Nam Dinh’s squad value is their foreign player roster. The team currently has eight foreign players under contract, a number that significantly boosts their overall market value compared to domestic rivals.
Hanoi Police FC rank second in the squad valuation list at €5.36 million, followed by Hanoi FC at €4.9 million, and The Cong Viettel at €3.59 million. Da Nang are currently bottom of the list with a squad worth €1.65 million.
However, these figures remain subject to change as clubs continue to engage actively in the transfer market ahead of the new season. With the race for top talent heating up, fans can expect further fluctuations in squad valuations across the league in the coming weeks.
