Hanoi, 28 May 2026 – According to VPF, Malaysian referees have been appointed to oversee two important fixtures this round: Hoang Anh Gia Lai vs Hanoi FC at Pleiku Stadium, and Ho Chi Minh City Police FC vs The Cong Viettel at Binh Duong Stadium.
Referee. Muhammad Izzul Fikri Bin Kamaruzaman has been assigned to the match in Binh Duong, while Razlan Joffri Bin Ali will take charge of the game in Pleiku.
Born in 1995, Muhammad Izzul Fikri Bin Kamaruzaman is considered one of Malaysia’s emerging refereeing talents. Earlier this season, he served twice as VAR referee in matches involving Hanoi Police FC against Ninh Binh FC in Round 12 and the Hanoi derby between Hanoi FC and Hanoi Police FC in Round 15. More recently, he worked as the main referee in the match between Hoang Anh Gia Lai and PVF-CAND in Round 22.
Meanwhile, Razlan Joffri Bin Ali is already a familiar face to V.League fans. The FIFA-listed referee, born in 1985, has extensive experience officiating AFC international matches and has frequently been invited to handle major fixtures in Vietnam.
Since the start of the 2025/2026 season, Razlan Joffri has overseen several notable matches, including Hanoi Police FC vs Ninh Binh in Round 12, Thanh Hoa FC vs PVF-CAND in Round 20, and most recently Da Nang FC vs Ho Chi Minh City FC in Round 22.
