Hanoi 15 June 2026 – The 2025/26 Vietnamese Professional Football season concluded after 340 matches filled with drama, excitement, and unforgettable moments. The V.League Awards 2026 ceremony was held to recognize the outstanding teams and individuals who left their mark on another memorable campaign.
After 25 years of growth and development, professional football in Vietnam has established a solid foundation in competition management, organization, governance, and commercial development. The professional leagues have become more than just elite competitions for clubs; they now play a vital role in the national football structure, serving as a key platform for developing talent and supplying players to Vietnam’s national teams.
The 2025/26 season once again demonstrated strong organizational stability, allowing clubs to plan and execute their sporting strategies effectively. On the pitch, the level of competition continued to rise, with intense battles taking place at both ends of the table. The races for the championship, continental qualification, and survival remained open until the closing rounds, delivering excitement throughout the season.
When it came to individual honors, newly crowned champions Hanoi Police FC dominated the major awards after an outstanding campaign. The club swept nearly every top individual category, reflecting their dominance throughout the season.
Brazilian striker Alan Grafite finished as the league’s top scorer, while Nguyen Quang Hai was named the V.League 1 Player of the Season. Head coach Mano Polking received the Coach of the Season award after guiding Hanoi Police FC to the league title.
Meanwhile, Doan Van Hau earned the Goal of the Season award for his spectacular strike, completing an almost perfect awards night for the V.League 1 champions.
