After a direct flight lasting more than 7 hours from Hanoi, U23 Vietnam has arrived in Doha – Qatar at 12:35 PM local time (4:35 PM VN time) on April 8, ready for a training session before the 2024 U23 Asian Cup.
Representatives from the Vietnamese Embassy and the Vietnamese community in Qatar welcomed the U23 Vietnam team for their training and participation in the 2024 U23 Asian Cup. On behalf of the Embassy and the Vietnamese community in Qatar, Mr. Cao Dinh Phan, the First Secretary of the Vietnamese Embassy in Qatar, stated: “We always support and have faith in the team. We wish the entire team good health, thorough preparation, and success at the U23 Asian Cup.”
Upon arriving at Hamad International Airport, U23 Vietnam also received a warm welcome and diligent assistance from the host country’s organizing committee. Coach Hoang Anh Tuan and his players were arranged a separate area for immigration procedures and were actively assisted by volunteers in collecting luggage for transport.
