
Today, July 25, two talented Vietnamese archers, Do Thi Anh Nguyet and Le Quoc Phong, will compete in the Olympic Paris 2024 archery qualifying rounds. Do Thi Anh Nguyet is set to take the stage at 14:30 (Vietnam time), followed by Le Quoc Phong at 19:30. These athletes are part of Vietnam’s dedicated Olympic team, aiming to showcase their skills on the international stage.
The Vietnamese Olympic delegation for Paris 2024 includes 16 athletes competing across 11 sports disciplines: archery, athletics, badminton, boxing, canoeing, cycling, rowing, shooting, swimming, weightlifting, and judo. The athletes representing Vietnam at the Games are:
- Archery: Do Thi Anh Nguyet, Le Quoc Phong
- Athletics: Tran Thi Nhi Yen
- Badminton: Nguyen Thuy Linh, Le Duc Phat
- Boxing: Ha Thi Linh, Vo Thi Kim Anh
- Canoeing: Nguyen Thi Huong
- Cycling: Nguyen Thi That
- Rowing: Pham Thi Hue
- Shooting: Trinh Thu Vinh, Le Thi Mong Tuyen
- Swimming: Nguyen Huy Hoang, Vo Thi My Tien
- Weightlifting: Trinh Van Vinh
- Judo: Hoang Thi Tinh
The delegation’s mission for the Olympic Paris 2024 is to secure medals and bring pride to the Vietnamese people. Delegation leader Dang Ha Viet expressed the team’s determination: “The Vietnamese Olympic team is ready; the athletes are prepared, and we are all aware of our responsibility to live up to the trust and love of our nation’s people. Each member of the delegation represents the national flag, and that flag is always in our hearts, waving proudly on the path to glory.”
